Since launching in July 2020 Brown Property Group’s Riverfield community has flourished, with lots selling out in record time and construction progressing strongly! Now, the next exciting phase of Clyde’s most exiting community has arrived, with the introduction of two new precincts: Riverfield Square and Riverfield Promenade!
The new precincts will be located to the west of the current community. This makes Riverfield one of the largest developments in the area! We’re incredibly excited to become an even bigger part of the growing southeast, and Clyde in particular!
With the additions of Riverfield Square and Riverfield Promenade, Riverfield has grown from just over 500 lots to nearly 2,300. There will now be two schools instead of one, three parks instead of one, and active open space has increased from 9 hectares to just under a whopping 20 hectares!
