Davide Mammoliti has over 7 years of experience in property development and civil engineering, with a strong background in delivering large-scale masterplanned communities. Prior to joining Brown Property Group, Davide worked at Villawood Properties as an Assistant Development Manager across key projects including Alamora (Tarneit) and Aspire (Fraser Rise). Before transitioning into development, he worked as a Civil Engineer overseeing the construction of residential subdivisions and major infrastructure works.

At Brown Property Group, Davide is responsible for managing the Riverfield community in Clyde, coordinating the successful delivery of multiple stages, parks, drainage infrastructure and development approvals. He is closely involved in project programming, consultant and contractor management, interfacing with Council and service authorities, and driving outcomes that support both sales and construction timeframes.
