Elisha brings over 20 years’ experience in conveyancing and legal services and has been a key part of Brown Property Group since rejoining us in 2025, managing all the settlements of our residential communities. Elisha has previously acted for major developers including Frasers Property Australia and JMC Group, managing settlements for large-scale developments such as Parkville, Burwood Brickworks, Mambourin and more.

With extensive expertise in high-volume settlements, presales reporting, subdivision documentation and stakeholder liaison, Elisha is a skilled user of industry platforms including PEXA, SPEAR and Duties Online, delivering accurate, efficient outcomes across complex projects.
