Brown Property Group is pleased to announce that construction has officially commenced at Woodhaven, its masterplanned residential community in Cranbourne North, marking an exciting milestone in bringing the project’s vision to life.
With works now underway, Woodhaven is taking an important step towards becoming a thriving residential community, thoughtfully designed to bring together modern living, natural landscapes and meaningful community connections.
Construction Underway Across Multiple Stages
Led by BPG Civil, Brown Property Group’s in-house civil construction team, earthworks have commenced for Stage 1 and the future Woodhaven Sales Office, with preliminary works also underway across Stages 2 and 3.
These initial works will pave the way for the installation of essential infrastructure, including sewer and water services, followed by road construction as the development progresses.
The commencement of construction represents an important milestone in the project’s delivery, demonstrating Brown Property Group’s commitment to transforming its vision into reality through its integrated development and civil construction capabilities.
What’s Next for Woodhaven?
As construction progresses, the next major milestone will be the commencement of earthworks for the future northern wetland fronting Glasscocks Road.
This wetland will form part of Woodhaven’s extensive open space network, contributing to the natural environment and creating opportunities for future residents to connect with nature.
Further site preparation is also planned for the new year, including the demolition of existing buildings to make way for future development.
