With over 8 years of experience in large-scale infrastructure and construction projects, Luca has successfully delivered multi-billion-dollar programs marked by complexity, tight timeframes and high stakeholder expectations. Recognised throughout his career for both technical excellence and his collaborative leadership style, Luca brings a strong delivery focus, commercial acumen and deep technical capability. His current work in the land development sector spans the full lifecycle of masterplanned communities of up to 1,200 lots, from feasibility and planning approvals through to construction, servicing and final Council handover.

Known for his people-first approach, he builds enduring relationships with clients, consultants and stakeholders across government and private sectors. His clear communication, proactive problem-solving and pragmatic leadership under pressure help de-risk projects, resolve conflict and keep multidisciplinary teams aligned. Outside of work, his background as an elite international triathlete and his fluency in multiple languages reflect the discipline, adaptability and cultural awareness he brings to professional environments.
