Nichole commenced her career in land sales in October 2024 with Oliver Hume as a Sales Associate, where she worked across a number of communities in Melbourne’s south-east, building a strong understanding of the local property market and helping purchasers find the perfect place to call home.

In 2026, Nichole joined Brown Property Group as a Sales Consultant at Meridian, Clyde North. Passionate about delivering a personalised and customer-focused experience, she is dedicated to guiding buyers through every stage of their property journey, making the process as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

With a passion for property that began in high school, a career in real estate always felt like a natural fit. Nichole loves helping first home buyers, growing families and investors secure the ideal block to bring their vision to life, and takes pride in building genuine relationships with every client she meets.

Having spent many years in the local area, Nichole has witnessed the incredible growth of the community firsthand. She is excited to welcome more families to Meridian and help them take the first step towards building their dream home in one of Melbourne’s fastest-growing regions.
