Philip has over 7 years’ experience working in property, across valuations and residential master planned community development.

Philip joined Brown Property Group as a Senior Development Manager in 2025. Prior to joining Brown Property Group, Philip held the position of Development Manager with ASXlisted Developer Stockland, delivering several large-scale residential developments across Melbourne’s West and South-east corridors.

Philip is managing the launch of Woodhaven at Cranbourne in 2026.
